It is very annoying and like you I will pursue it to the bitter end, but Quidco does state that cash back is a bonus and not guaranteed, due to the tracking process sometimes things go wrong for which they won't be held responsible. I imagine Pigsback would have something similar in their t&c. I guess the only way the system will get more reliable is if we keep complaining about it!
I am having the same problem with A&L through Quidco. It wasn't an ISA, just a normal savings account opened back in Feb and Quidco are still chasing it for me. I think it's all down to A&L's slow payouts.0 -

also on this one - sign up for £200 of free bets (oh hang on, they'll match any bet you place, i.e. you bet £50 they'll add £50.......thought it was too good to be true.....) and 50 PIGGYPOINTS;)

Hi,
Thanks for the tip. I have now signed up. Please note that only from the first bet you will get free matched bet one to one but the next free bet is average of the following 5 or your bets and so on. To get max out of this you would need to bet £800.- of your own money to get £200 from them AND when using the free bet they won't return the stakes. This in mind I shall give it a go and hoping to get somewhere around £80 to £100 of free bets to use.
