  • Hi,
I am seeking some guidance here.
I opened A&L acc with pigsback and have proof of the same, I have been struggling to get the points for the same. I have communicated with pigsback and they keep saying its run via an affiliate and affiliate is not giving any response.
Today after waiting for more then 1 month (after completing 6 weeks of wait period), I wrote a very stern mail.

    Hi Lynn,
Its been sometime that I have raised a ticket for these missing points.
I do understand that pigsback is trying to sort out this matter.

In the given circumstance (of opening an acc with A&L), I am interacting with Pigsback and thats the face to me, I would not be keen on knowing who and what Pigsback do with its affiliate. I have given the proof of my Account opening details to Pigsback, and if Affiliate is having issues sorting something, I would say it is beyond my control. I did as was expected out of me, to claim these points, as a promise stated on pigsback, I would like to get the points in my account. I even gave a good month's time to pigsback to sort out this issue, but seems pigsback is taking its loyal clients to a ride. I would wonder why shall I not be using other cashback sites which are more reliable and would also seek if I can take any legal assistance against pigsback to sort this matter. I am obviously very annoyed with pigsback.

Request you to kindly let me know what is the latest stand on this case.

Do you folks think this is all or I shall do more? Also can I take legal assistance for this? Does it make sense?

    Meaning ful suggestions welcome :)

    Kind regards,
    Kapil Varshney

    Kind regards,

It probably isn't any consolation, but I am having to chase up cash back for A&L with Quidco too. It is very annoying and like you I will pursue it to the bitter end, but Quidco does state that cash back is a bonus and not guaranteed, due to the tracking process sometimes things go wrong for which they won't be held responsible. I imagine Pigsback would have something similar in their t&c. I guess the only way the system will get more reliable is if we keep complaining about it!
  • I'm also waiting for A&L piggy points from ISA, makes me wonder if it was an all round ISA blip rather than a few people not getting them?
