Basic PC but if your not a gamer its more than adequate for most needs.
No Monitor or Modem or Windows OS
Some people have had problems with company but looks like they have CS number now.

Personally, I have bought loads of things from them and only had one problem which they resolved in giving me the items that they had sent wrongly and refunding me fully plus added a free postage token to my account.
Usually hard to beat on price.
Now every order I have had with 7 day shop.com has been wrong. . . .Cheers
