Mandrake Ver 9.2
For those not in the know, "Mandrake Ver 9.2" is the operating system. It's a variety of Linux. If you want Windows, you'll have to install it.

Yeah good point Stephen, but Mandrake is good and will run out of the box!
You can buy XP if you really want to from ebuyer as well for £57...... although there are "other" sources as I'm sure you all know! *wink*

It baffles me why its deemed acceptable to obtain software from "other sources" for an item that you have paid money for.
We wouldn't think stealing hardware is aceptable, but software appears to be okBe ALERT - The world needs more LERTS0 -

I hope you are not implying that I steal software???
I don't. I just know where you can get the software at the price it should be sold at, rather than the inflated prices that most places sell it at. It's all 100% legit!!!Waddle you do eh?0 -

Well - if it's legit and a great price then why don't you tell us about it? I'd like XP Pro please... so how much and where from?0 -
£45 and it was legit, not copied, not stolen, was bought OEM, (so had to buy a small piece of hardware with it.) Lots of places sell XP OEM, "Google" it or E-bay it.
The place where I bought mine from I do not have the details with me if I remember I'll search for them later.......... after putting up all my 75% discount B&Q play stuff! lol.Waddle you do eh?0
