I've been trying to go through quidco tonight, and it's coming up with an error when I try and visit a merchant, this page: http://www.quidco.com/tracking-issue.php/94503x21118195
Nothing new has been installed since last time I used it, I've cleared my cookies, disabled my popup blocker (only programs running now are AVG, DVD43 and MSN), nothing else that the page says seems to ring a bell, yet I'm still going round in circles! Anyone suggest anything?

I'm using Firefox as well and when I clicked the link got a message that there was a problem with tracking cookies. I'm just downloading the Firefox update (from the link on Quidco's site) and will try again in a minute.Debt at highest: £6,290.72 (14.2.1999)

Nope - I've updated to the latest version of Firefox and have checked everything listed (the only setting I had to change was to allow pop-ups, according to Quidco's list), but I still can't successfully load the merchant's page. Sorry. Have to go to bed now. Good luck.Debt at highest: £6,290.72 (14.2.1999)

Same here with IE7, also tried Firefox with the same result.
Hopefully the gremlins will disappear in the morning0 -
When I tried to go into High Street Web the message came up that I needed to install Firefox.:o I have been using Quidco successfully since September (but Kelkoo never Tracked for me). This is new today.
I remove my cookies every time I use Quidco etc.
What is Firefox?
I am new to computers and don't understand most things and am afraid of messing up my computer.
HELP PLEASE :rotfl:0 -
Hi Horsechestnut. Firefox is a free internet browser - like Internet Explorer, only made by Mozilla, not Microsoft. Here's a link to Mozilla's site if you want to have a look: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/Debt at highest: £6,290.72 (14.2.1999)

I've had the same problem since yesterday - normally use Firefox, but it won't work in IE either. This evening Some traders sites get through, but not Kelkoo.
Changed my security settings to allow pop-ups from Quidco.com, but each trader link seems to have a separate URL, so I don't think that is the answer.
Hoping it's just a bug, because there is no way I want to reduce my security settings!"Cheap", "Fast", "Right" -- pick two.0 -

My Dell came with Google. Is there any benefit to having Firefox? If I have Firefox does that mean I have to lose Google?
Computers are wonderful, but are sooooo confusing.0 -
