problems with DS lite offer - Virgin

Just wondered if anyone has had problems receiving their DS Lite with a Virgin contract?
I took out 18 month contract just to get the DS lite and have been fobbed off. I waited the 60 days as promised and was told they delivered it to a different address (even though they send my bills to the correct address). I was told it would be delivered in the next few weeks - this didn't happen. I have had repeated calls from Virgin asking about my DS lite charger that is faulty, again i've had to explain i haven't got the DS lite yet.
I phoned (AGAIN) asking where it was they apologised and gave me options of waiting a few more weeks, £100 put on my account over the nxt 4 months OR a psp. I said i would wait.
After getting a letter to say it'll be dispatched on 30th May i stayed in and it didn't arrive!
I phoned Virgin today, they told me they are not getting any more in now and i could have a psp. I WAS FUMING!!
I said i would be cancelling my contract as they had not stuck to their promise of my free gift. I was told that as i was being offered a different free gift i would have to stick with the contract i signed.
I think they had no intention of giving out DS Lites.
Where do i stand with this? I am looking at cancelling my TV, Broadband & phone with them and going to SKY now as i'm soooo angry - they have messed me around so much.

Anyone else had trouble with Virgin??

Mrs Bar went for the Ipod Nano option and it arrived on time as requested.

If I remember from the T&C's of the offer it was subject to availibility and they could subsitute the gift.
