Has anyone started including p&p to improve DSRs? If so do items still sell and have DSRs improved?

You cant win with DSR what ever you do, you're at the mercy of customers; half of whom are in 'cloud cuckoo land.

Just be reasonable, you can't do much more

My postage DSRs are now higher as a result of me undercharging postage

Pretty shocking that you have to eat some of the P&P costs in order for them to be seen as reasonable.

I have no problem giving 5/5 as long as the cost isn't massively inflated.

I think they only way you might gain on DSRs for P&P is to keep the charge as close to the psotage cost as possible, maybe slightly under, so that people can see they are getting a good deal. Free P&P doesn't appear to work.

The problem is that people think the packing material (which can be expensive on some items) is free. I'd rather pay a bit more and have a well packed item myself. I hope sellers don't start cutting corners just to improve their DSRs.

So you're getting more bids because of the lower P&P?

I guess it all balances out nicely then!

Just goes to show the lunacy of ebay

Buyers are prepared to pay more for an item as long as the P&P is the price stated on the stamp (or under)!
