Being charged for bt bb I have already cancelled

I emailed bt and phoned CS to cancel my bb in April. Yesterday I checked my online bill and noticed I am still being charged for bb. There is also a refund and I have not received any cheque from bt. I am quite crossed about this. Last time I phoned, I was told they will update my account and it has not been done yet. Has it happened to anybody else!! Thanks

How did you cancel it? Moving by mac code or cancel the contract?
I will be surprised if you requested them to cancel.0 -
