I think perhaps you have mis-understood the offer, and you were just getting 25% free in the happy hour, not free bids.
You said yourself that not many people use the web site, so no company would ever have such an offer that allowed people to get £200 for free, especially a start up company with very few clients, that already has a poor reputation!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
