Er..you mean like pointing out you'd deleted your old posts?
You yourself agreed you'd done just that, I think it was yesterday.
You claimed it was for security reasons.
You've admiited it, yesterday.
So how on earth is my claim a 'Jackanory story' (whatever that may be)? You verified what I said yourself. Yesterday.
your stalking is a bit tedious now - don't you have a husband you can harass instead of me and Harry P?0 -

Ha ha ha - what a fool you are.
Let's look at the date of my post - June 2008.
Have a look at this:
http://www.houseprices.uk.net/graphs/
Have a look at what happened to house prices immediately after I posted the OP.
Oh yes - THEY WENT DOWN. Lots.
Do try to learn to read the date, pickledpink.
You make yourself look exceedingly foolish.0 -
your accusations of me having a £700k mortgage - did you forget about that jackanory?
your stalking is a bit tedious now - don't you have a husband you can harass instead of me and Harry P?
No - you did say that. Not surprisingly, you've chosen to delete it.
I'd be blooming terrified if that was my mortgage too chucky, and clearly it rather undermines your pretence at being just an unbiased observer of the whole thing. Hence your deletion.
There's a reason you post frantically on here, chucky, and I'm sure it's not just the delightful company. (Lovely though it is.)
It's blind panic.
Re the 'stalking' - coud you just remind me who exactly it is who has been trawling through whose old posts??? over the last couple of days?
I was under the impression that Harry has turned that into a full-time job...0 -
i wouldn't believe the stuff that carol says - her stories are closer to Jackanory than reality. there's a search function at the top of the page btw.
i'm not bullish on house prices at all - i just don't believe in the massive falls that your ilk predict.
No point using the search function when you don't seem to deny that you have deleted your posts between 2006-2008.
As for massive falls. Not something I have predicted. You always tend to pop up supporting bullish posters and their comments and most your comments are pretty bullish in my opinion. You could I suppose say the opposite for me but I not interetsed in most of the real doom posts just believe that the ecomony is in a mess and you cant borrow for ever.0 -

it's only an internet forum, i don't have to defend or explain anything.
i did once, i have no need to do it again probably because i don't care enough about my internet image...
unlike many on here..........0 -
I dont know what you predicted as I understand you have deleted all your posts from the time in question. As I say Harry brought up the Bull and Bear thing. For me I would say you are bullish on prices at present where you are in the future and where you were in 2007 I do not know thats why I said maybe Harry should bring up people who are bullish on prices now posts from 2007.
Oh the memoriesthe best one was where Dev included my prediction in his signature (trying to be clever) he removed it when it proved accurate hoping nobody would notice
'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0 -
i did give the reason but obviously the hard of reading filtered out what they wanted to read so you could make the point above.

You told me to use the search function to find the relevant info. I simply pointed out i could not as you have deleted your posts. The reasons why are not relevant to me. To be honest I'm not really bothered about what people wrote 2 years ago. I simply pointed out to Harry that if people have been saying prices always rise they will be right oneday.0 -

Puleeeeze. It is almost lunchtime.;)In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:0 -
Don't you two ever think about anything other than house prices?
There's an election, on tomorrow, you know - if you took off the rose-tinted specs, you might notice.
This now seems to be your default response to all threads related to economics and house prices. Why don't you make it your signature? In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:0 -
I do wish you lot would just agree to ignore each other.
All this makes you all look a little ..lame brained.0
