If I go with Pet Plan, my vets only ask for the excess & they do the rest. If I go with anyone else, I have to pay as normal & do it myself.
I think I saw a sign about £20 for filling out insurance claims, so I'm guessing the vet charges £20 for that too if you are with another & have to sort your own forms out.0
