ChitterChatter Laptop+Mobile Broadband Deal?

I was handed a leaflet for this chitter-chatter deal where you get a laptop, free USB modem, unlimited mobile broadband 800 mins and unlimited texts for £50. I use my mobile an awful lot so regularly spend that each month so I wondering what's the catch?
Are the 800 mins and texts very limited in what you can use them for? Is the network very bad? I'd quite like to get mobile broadband, but was just going to go for a pay as you go deal. But I'm tempted by this.
