Now I'm confused, as my System Volume Information is zero - is this to do with having more than one disk partition, or something else entirely?gizmoleeds wrote:System Volume Information is HUGE.

isnt it the virtual memory that needs increasing though? The hard disk shouldnt affect speed, with the size of hard disks these days...0

Yes it does especially a non-defragged one and oh ofcourse
too big a drive as the PC has to look in more places for info
so bigger isnt always better.0
