Q: Dear Seller, I'm hereby wish to notify you of my immediate interest to buy of your item listed on the eBay. Actually,i know that a lot of buyer may have the same interest to purchase this item, however,i shall be very grateful if you can give the highest concern. This transaction will be international and the payment shall be via pay pal. I 'm offering you £130.00 GBP. This money is including the Shipping cost. But if you agree with the conditions send your pay pal email address so that i will make the payment on time, but if not get back to me and let me make ammedment if i can add to the amounti offer. And help me to end off the auction For further negotiation as per the deal mail to this:denfox16@verizonmail.com Looking forward to read from you. Ignore it --sounds dodgy as they call you seller and not your user ID. Then they are asking for your paypal addy where they dont need it if they pay through ebay.
    I would ignore it hun

Ignore them and block them from bidding on your items ~ it's a scam merchant :)
Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...
  • I imagine their next request would be to send the item to their friend's son's cousin in Nigeria

Ignore it. These messages nearly always refer to 'your item', as opposed to what the item actually is.

Just delete it, and don't follow any links from the e-mail.

It sounds as though they want to complete the transaction outside eBay, otherwise they wouldn't be asking for your PayPal address. This has "scam" written all over it. I would report them to eBay.

This is the most common of scams, it is called a 419 scam.

If you google some of the text of the message you can find plenty of people who have received virtually identical messages. It's definitely a 419 effort.
