Help with N95 needed..

Hey all, I have a Nokia N95 which is driving me mad..

I've been trying to install an application which has made the phone go weird..
I can't remove it or reinstall it and can't install anything else either.

Is it possible to revert back to how it was out of the box.. No apps etc?

I've done the factory restore but it's still there..

    You could try the Nokia Software updater. If there is new firmware available for your model then downloading and installing this would completely blank your phone back to how it would have come from out of the box.
    Just make sure you back up all your numbers and stuff using the sync option or back up tool.

    I've tried it but it says it's not compatible with Vista..
    I would have used my own initiative if someone would have told me to!

    I hvae read that an older version is compatible, I can't find a link to download one anywhere though.

    If you want to format phone memory press *#7370# default code is 12345
