BT Premium Support vs. Sky or other?

Options
My husband works from home and is a web designer so needs decent broadband access. Our line is residential but he opts for the premium support as relies on the web for business so can't afford to be without it for long if there's a problem.

Issue is we pay £65 a month for BT. Sky is then £43 a month.

Is the BT premium support worth paying extra for? How do other broadband providers csutomer service compare - i.e would you suggest swapping to Sky or any other provider? Any views appreciated.

I'd go with a company that provides a "Home/Office" service.
I would not trust running a business using a residential Broadband service.

Take a look at Zen.co.uk or Demon.net (I've used them both). Their support for home/office or business is very good, quick turn around to e-mail enquiries and phone calls. also you get a static IP address which helps a lot if you are out and about :D
