Jamroll hosting - Currently down?

My wifes website, hosted on jamroll has been down since Sunday (if not earlier). As far as I can tell jamroll.net is currently down.

Can anyone else confirm that this is the case? Anyone know any more info about how long it will be down etc?

Could be. I'm not sure where the data is hosted. I'll keep checking on the status as it looks like the servers should all be up and running again in the next few hours. Thanks!

On a wee side note just searched google for "jamroll.net down" and this page is already the number 1 hit in under 10mins. Wish my site was indexed as quickly.

Be aware that planet have many resellers that sell hosting under their own name. I'm not sure if your host is one of them but their's quite a few UK and US hosting companies effected.

A football discussion board I manage on Conforums has been down for the same sort of time.

Hope they get it sorted soon...

Jamroll go down a lot. They seem to blame spammers most of the time.

My website (also hosted by JamRoll) is also down, as is e-mail forwarding, which is a massive hassle.

Does anyone know of any free hosting packages which are more reliable than these guys?

There was an explosion and a fire in the building that hosts the Jamroll servers. This is the 1st time for a long while (for me anyway) that a server has gone down down

Jamroll.net servers were up again as of 21.09 hours today so check your sites to see if they are active >> LINK <<

UPDATE
Another outage between 4 to 6 hours scheduled for a Saturday night starting at midnight, going into the early hours of Sunday

Wow, never seen that, the planet is massive, used to have a few servers in the datacenter.
