Thanks! Been a bit of a mad rush this morning, meant to do them over the weekend but felt completely braindead Saturday then my flipping Microsoft Word wouldn't work properly on Sun and I couldn't find the disk  Luckily could email them in so made use of some work time and computer facilities this morning

i have had 2 payments today as well.
One is higher than before...although I have received no notification from them yet
I'm kind of hoping that after filling in the declaration form they've decided I've been underpaid but who knows - have adjusted my budget spreadsheet just in case that's it for the month though! one of the payments was for something silly like £1.52 so not sure why there were two of them.
Snaggs - sounds like you got a fair bit with your money, I don't think I could ever spend £1500 on a handbag - if I did I'd no doubt sit it in a puddle of beer first time I took it to the pub.:oMortgage OP 2026 £450/2000

More than likely to do with your declaration then. The 2 payments will be working tax credit and child tax credit.skint_spice wrote: »I'm kind of hoping that after filling in the declaration form they've decided I've been underpaid but who knows - have adjusted my budget spreadsheet just in case that's it for the month though! one of the payments was for something silly like £1.52 so not sure why there were two of them.

I'm good thanks Ste, how're you? Did the exams go okay?
Not too bad thanks. I ran out of time on the last exam though. I knew what I had to put down but the exam was only 2 hours (should have been 2.5 IMO). Apart from that all was good.
I've just got my design project to do now (designing a 10 storey building to deal with earthquakes), and my dissertation (which seems to grow every time I look at it).0 -
In that case god knows. lol!skint_spice wrote: »nup - only get child tax credit not entitled to the working part. your way does make more sense but no...:DTotal 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

BTW - shows how far I've improved since joining here a drop in tax credits means a wee moan and adjusting the budget but beforehand there would have been tears, sleepless nights and major panic! thank you all for restoring my sanity!Mortgage OP 2026 £450/2000
