Help with sendo/tesco mobile

I have a sendo mobile on Tesco network .I cant send text messages or get my number to show when I make a call .i have lost the instruction book but looked at the instructions on line and cant see anything wrong .Anyone any ideas

get tesco customer services to resend your settings to you phone
should be an option to reset phone defaults somewhere which may be worth trying, this will reset everything to as it left factory and you will prob lose any data you have on it

Presuming you have an M550 or similar:

To sort the text messages:

1. From the main screen, press the left select key under Menu.
2. With Messages highlighted, press the left select key under Select.
3. Scroll to Settings and press the left select key under Select.
4. Scroll to Centre number and press the left select key under Select.
5. The centre number for Tesco Mobile is +447802092035

To sort the own number sending:

1. Press the button below "Menu" on the screen.
2. Scroll to Services and press the button below "Select" on the screen.
3. Scroll to Send Number and press the button below "Select" on the screen.
4. Scroll to "Off" and press the button below "Select" on the screen.
