They replied by email and said basically it was hard cheese as they had sent all the cups out to suppliers and couldnt give me a replacement. No apology or anything.

Their customer service over this whole thing has been appalling!!

Sainsburys Knotty Ash, Liverpool had about 12 left at 5pm this afternoon. Located at the end of the tea/coffee isle in a basket.

Oooh..at last. There is a whole pallet in the Sheldon store, West Midlands. I shall be favourite auntie!!! They're in the tea isle and at the end of another. (My first post...double celebrations!).
