It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.

While we're taking requests, South Yorks anyone?
    Nice to save.
  • Hello All,

Just picked up 4 mugs at Tesco Barking this evening due to none in the morning but nabbed a couple of celebration tins mispriced on shelf and receipt at 2 for £10 (now removed from shelf - not sure about receipt though :))

Anyway, anyone wanting mugs will be fine I'd say till at least midnight due to rainy weather as the store still has them on the pallets at the moment - I opened the cage to get mine. Only had about 20 odd but noone seemed to notice them on the cage beside the tea shelves.

That's my nieces and nephew sorted anyway!

Blackpool store had them in late last night. but they are in a box low down on end of an aisle, not in with the normal teabag section.

Try Tesco at Dinnington, they've had regular deliveries over the last week and the buying seems to be slowing down now according to my spies...

Slightly O/T but can I say please if you are planning to give these away as gifts, take them out of the boxes and check them first.

After looking for them for weeks I got one for my daughter and gave it to her as a 'cheer up' gift 'cos she wasnt well.
On opening the box, the mug was chipped in 2 places - one of the chips was on the rim of the cup, on the back, so she couldnt drink out of it. The glaze was smudged in places too.

I emailed PGTips and said I was surprised that they were such poor quality and that I was surprised that a well known brand like PGTips would give away such shoddy items (free or not!)

They replied by email and said basically it was hard cheese as they had sent all the cups out to suppliers and couldnt give me a replacement. No apology or anything.

Just a word to the wise, I was going to save this one for her christmas stocking and I'm so glad I didnt now, as I would have hated to see the disappointment when she discovered it was in the state it was.
