help needed with Samsung G600 and MicroSD...plzzz

Hi,

I have recently upgraded to a Samsung G600 and with the phone came a memory card...which i have now worked out what to do with...however it also came with a MicroSD ... i have looked on the internet and think that I have an idea as to what it is, however,,,, i CANNOT find out where on the phone I am supposed to put this thing in the phone.

I would really appreciate it if someone can give me a clue and maybe explain to me in simple English what its role / job is.

I have been using a brick for far too long and have much to learn!

I'm slightly confused by your question, are you saying it came with two memory cards ?
The micro card goes in the slot at the side of the phone ( on the opposite side to the charger slot) you only have to push it in and replace the slot cover.

it came with one tiny black thing..the memory card which i have found the slot for on the side and popped in but it also came with a large black thing called a ' micro SD adapter'

Aaah, this is the micro card convertor, you simply pop the micro card into the adapter which will then allow it to be used in a standard card reader slot(if available) such as DVD player, PC, Card reader for easy downloads from card. Hope this helps

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh thankyou.... we dont have any standard card reader but i think we understand what it is now.....lol. we have spent the last 5 hours trying to find how to fit it into the phone lol!
