    Morning all
    lovely and sunny here today. Got up and went for a 5 mile run (runchum came for the 1st time) and feel fab now for it. 1 load of washing on then I think I will go and mooch around the car boot. Got loads of things I need to get on ebay later too. BBQ for us later and then I am off to swim training.
