Am jealous of all your nice weather Eternal Optimist, it makes me want to move back up there!
Your online banking may not look very inspiring but at least thats because of the increased DMP, which will mean your debts get paid off quicker.:j Live on £4500, £2531/£4500:T 101 in 1001 (52/101):j:beer::j

Having a bit of a house blitz today - made a list last night of things to do today so I can try to stay focussed and tick them all off!!
So far only really done some chores, but will be staying in. Have a MS later for dinner. Just placed my first free matched bet, not at quite as high as the aim is supposed to be, but would make £18 free (as opposed to £20 or so) which I'm ok with while I see if I have got the hang of it or not. It was the best option I could find which would resolve today, anyway. Seems absolutely genuis, so really hoping I've started to "get it". Presumably I'll get faster at doing it too once I get it so it'd be a much faster return/earn than mystery shopping, and I like the cleverness/maths of it! Easy does it though, while I'm learning!!
Weather gloomy here, so delaying painting outside til next weekend as think it might rain.. shame, wanted to be in the garden today.
Will do what I can to save on today's grocery order for later in the week, using new clubcard vouchers, looking for BOGOFs again etc. Finally got round to using old vouchers to do a magazine subscription I've been meaning to as well.
Checked quidco - signing up to WH bookies has tracked at £20 instead of expected £10, and says it's paid May now so should show in account shortly - that's £123.97 paid! Good start for my June £10 a day challenge.
Paid £231.60 off loan as start of the month, and put £250 to one side, so hopefully can add that to savings later this month.Debt - Loan: £1150 C/C: £4763 @ 0%.0 -
Didn't get around to the veggie garden stuff as got persuaded to take DD to a pony show:rolleyes: and the rain started before I got home.
Avoided spending lots at pony show by taking drinks etc with us and a bag of carrots for pony:D
Cooking tea for the oldies today so will be eating for free:D - and it is still raining here:rolleyes:0 -

Blimey do all of you get up at the crack of dawn at the weekend to fit everything in?
Or am I happy in my ignorance having 10am or later starts at weekends as I don't have any small children?

Today I did the washing up-this may sound odd but I live alone and only do it once a week-washing-up liquid bottle lasts me more than a year and I save on water bills0

Klane, regarding the matched bets, i wouldn't worry too much if you don't make the kind of amounts other people claim you should make out of free bets. Sometimes the way i look at it is, i'd rather make a bit less profit by taking a bet that hasn't taken me long to find, rather than spending ages finding a bet for a little bit more profit. Sometimes i figure its one of those, how much is your time worth scenarios. Well done on your first matched bet though!:j Live on £4500, £2531/£4500:T 101 in 1001 (52/101):j:beer::j

I'm having a NSD and enjoying my last ever day as a 20 something
Make a list of important things to do today. At the top, put 'eat chocolate'. Now, you'll get at least one thing done today.
