Don't get me started on the Americans :rotfl: Starting to wonder whether I ought to be sending their emails in crayon lol. I am wondering what is so cryptic about "contact seller before bidding to check postage rates". I am losing count of the amount of times that I get the confirmation that an item has sold - to US, with no comms!
AAARRRGGGHHHH.
Think I may have been scammed by the German buyer - did pretty much as outlined by larmy above - offered part refund of item and half P&P if she wanted to keep it, or full refund if she wanted to return it. The ORIGINAL complaining email was very eloquent, specific and grammatically correct. The one saying thanks for the part payment was as if written by a toddler - hmmmmm, methinks this has been done before.........
Still, a lesson learned - leave feedback AFTER the sale
not the payment
Good to know I am not the only one thinking 'D'oh!'Waltzing Matilda, Waltzing Matilda....................0
