Thanks Browntoa,I will give them a go tomorrow if I can get past the problem I posted in post 8 as belowWhen I try to install any of these off the usb stick I get a message "the administrator has set policies to prevent installation"
I doubt my son has done this,will it be a factory setting? It is a Dell Dimension E520 if that makes a difference.0 -

seems to say that it had nortons on the PC in the past (possibly as a limited time trial)
Download the Norton AntiVirus Rnav.exe removal utility.
