The travel insurance policy will cover in the UK as long as you pre-book your accommodation and stay there for 3 nights.
If you havent got your pack out the branch are able to request another copy for you. Also might be worth getting them to check if one was ever ordered as this seems to be the main reason customers don't get the pack out.I work for HBOS and nothing I say or post reflects the views of HBOS0 -
