77.35 telephone bill for 76 mins please help

Please move this if it is in the wrong forum. Please help. I have just recieved my sky bill in and it includes 77.35 worth of phone calls for 76 minuites:eek: . I have phoned sky and spoken to a very nice lady who did everything she could to help(so thanks holly), Apparently while my oh was tipsy he phoned a programme…

Poor you, people do silly things when they drunk! Just put it down to a bad experience mate, I bet he feels awful enough! At least it wasn't phone calls to a Hot Sex line!!
