Pizza hut codes

It has been over a week now since Pizza Hut head office got in touch. I will be phoning them in the morning to see if they stand by the lying !!!!!!!s at Reading Shinfield branch of Pizza Hut, or if they agree with me.

Judging by the fact that their continued investigation can only consist of getting back to Readig Shinfield and asking them if they lied to them - to which the answer will be no - I am not expecting a proper response from Pizza Hut.

I am probably actually going to end up out of pocket for the lies of Reading Shinfield Pizza Hut - and I wouldn't mind, but I was quite happy to get a refund because I knew I was being sharp. If Pizza Hut had said that they were going to refund me my money I would have been okay. But now that they are calling me a thief and a liar, I am deeply offended.

If any of you have any ideas on how to progress this I would be interested to know.

Do you remember what you've ordered and how much you were charged? Surely the price you've paid for the pizza is different from Pizza+desserts.
I would ring up Shinfield Pizza Hut, demand to talk to the person who gave the wrong information to their head office, and if he/she still insisted that you have been sent desserts with you meal, ask for any proof (or you can just tell them you've got evidence that they are lying and you'll let head office deal with this.)

Although this is claimed to run from tomorrow until sunday, I tried entering the voucher code when ordering a pizza online tonight and received the discount no problem - FYI I used the code VAT0111TZ as detailed in first post.

It does not appear to work with the "Deals" available on the website however though this is a good thing as I am trying to get to the gym tomorrow and don't want to feel too guilty!

I was charged £20.51 and only got a medium pizza. Quite a price.

Sorry if it's been posted before, we dined in at Pizza Hut on Saturday and got 15% off the bill for the vat free weekend, but they also gave us a voucher, to use in the restaurant (one voucher per visit) from 5th January until 31st January 2009 inclusive, and you get 50% off your bill, limited to parties of 10 or uder but no spending limit.
Apparently they are giving the vouchers out throughout December
