If you go to a rtestruant (rather than a take delivery only outlet), if you do not use meals deals you can do a buy one get one half price anyway, that is a long term offer and he been in place for years. I always phone to order to get that.

Which page is the order summary? all we can get is asking for credit card details, then order is sent through with no code boxes appearing on any of the pages.

They claimed to have no desserts at all. At 7pm. On a Saturday night.

But it gets worse.

I got in touch with Pizza Hut to get a refund, and they wrote back to me saying that they had investigated and apparently I *had* been supplied with alternative desserts, so they were not going to refund me. They had a fabricated list of the alternative desserts I was alleged to have received.

Basically it seems that the franchisee lied to me about having no desserts - presumably because they would make a loss on the order - then when Pizzas Hut got in touch with them about it they lied to Pizza Hut, claiming that they had supplied me with ice creams, and so were not in breach of their T&Cs with Pizza Hut.

I am still waiting to hear from Pizza Hut after I got back to them about this - I am pretty angry about being called a liar and a thief by them.

They won't get another penny of my money, that is for sure. And the Reading Shinfield branch of Pizza Hut is run by lying !!!!!!!s.

I couldn't get the website to work over the weekend but called and they applied the voucher to the order...
