Yes, but if you're with a bank which doesn't operate through the Post Office (which I was), and you don't have a bank branch anywhere near home (which I don't) ... it's daft isn't it ... banks don't close at lunchtime in my town, they just have big queues. the staff stagger their breaks so there's always somebody working. i'm lucky, i can finish work at 3 and usually have enough time to sprint into the bank and out again before going to pick up kids from school.52% tight0

Our local branch only opens 2 - 4 in the afternoons and it's always packed, so you have to wait nearly that time! ok, so I am exaggerating a bit, but it does take ages...I'm so sexy it's a wonder my underpants don't explode.0

Don't go at lunchtime?
I dont go in there at lunchtime any more, although when worked F/T that was the only time I could go, as they are closed down here on Saturdays.0
