They act as a broker, in other words they check the market place and move you to the cheapest supplier on that specific day therefore gauranteeing you the cheapest gas and electricity in the market place.
I think you will find this statement to be incorrect.They do not buy energy on a day to day basis.They have a series of set electric tariffs for different parts of the Uk which have beeh in operation for some time.(The Uk Gas Tariff is the same nationwide).I have a tariff booklet in front of me which one of their distributors gave to me.Neither do they guarantee to be the cheapest supplier of domestic gas and electricity,they might well claim it,but they dont guarantee it.
soooo - what with their recent 20-30% price hikes, will they have a customer base in a month's time ?? outrageous... fortunately I held off switching due to the bad feeling about these people on this site
