Well, haven't started on the ebay but found some text books to list on Amazon. Have also been looking into accomodation for when i do my TA course, its around 100 miles away and seeing as i haven't passed my test:( it will take 2 .30 hours there and then back again on two days on the train. So have been looking into staying in a cheap b&b overnight instead, works out about the same price as getting the train both days but without all the travel and a nice bed and breakfast for myself.

Have to admit am actually really enjoying the thought of spending the night on my own without the boyf. When you share a house like i do, you look forward to anytime when your on your own:o

    Hi,

Had planned to have a NSD, but ended up spending £2 on Domino's pizza, £3 on trashy magazines (for the competitions) and £8 on a lottery syndicate at work = £13!!!

But anyhow, I have done my clicks for the day and I will stay in for dinner ansd watch the TV (as opposed to going out for dinner and buying a film to watch).

Think that is about it, take care all.

    Wow, so busy at work.

Ending the month on a good note though...
    - made £476.58 in the May make £10 a day challenge. And will have a good headstart next month as well as should have about £200 already due from quidco, MS jobs etc.
    - checked online banking today. Been paid, and am only ten pounds off having my full salary to start the month with (always aim to have my current account at my salary in credit to start the month with - ie, have avoided being overdrawn from overspending that month).
    - don't care about the £10, because this means I have managed to cope with the car tax going out this month, and the £200+ garage work for my failed MOT, plus over £100 of MS job expenses which will come back to me next month.
    - and I've managed to put £500 into my savings account.
    - and save £40 off our groceries this month.
    - Wish I'd been able to save more as I've worked so blimmin hard, but ended up with over £300 of unexpected costs this month so am just considering it good I am not way overdrawn/using the savings.

    Also:
    - had lunch at work again today
    - found old Tesco club card voucher for £1.50, still valid.
    - did piggy click (that fiver WILL be mine before Xmas...) ;)
    - tried to do Toluna survey but didn't want me (pfft)
    - checked quidco... did that free BBC 56p thing (will do MyLotto thing tonight)
    - checked for MS jobs (now have free dinner on Sunday, and 2 MS jobs tomorrow)
    - got sensible and asked for advice about a massive mortgage/house-related spend on the mortgage board here
    - need to get some paint to finish in the garden tomorrow, so handily MS job 1 is at a DIY store, so that'll save me 20% off the tin (50% inc the fee). :)
    Debt - Loan: £1150 C/C: £4763 @ 0%.

  • -got a lift from colleague rather than driving at work
-Sat in my car when I arrived for an apt early and looked out for traffic warden rather than pay extra on the parking machine
    -went to aldi
-done my washing on 30C with 1 washing tablet
    - bought cheap ibuprofen rather than nurofen
    - bought tesco extra power painkiller rather than anadin extra
-spending evening on this rather than going out...
