I wouldn't take any notice of those shonky graphs, I'm waiting for some hard facts from a reliable source like the Express.

Lucky that March to June are the stronger months for house sales.

What will it be like in the Winter? 30% y-o-y will be seen before this time next year.

Im sure Assetz and The National Association of Estate Agents will find an explaination to this preposterous graph...........................................

    Something like this -

''This is a marginal blip and we are confident of a huge turnaround within the next month or so with prices, once again, going off the richter scale''

    Please, jog on.........................

(BTW - News at ten just started - the fall is the major story.)

And for those who bought at the peak, it will make them as flaccid as the lines on the graph. ;)

Do not like the look of the graph from an employment perspective as we work in Construction. Yikes!!

Whilst I would hesitate to say it provoked stirrings in the trouser department, I do find it absolutely laughable that all so-called authority figures refuse to admit how bad it actually is, and that they have no clue how bad it is going to get. Some of them are bare-faced liars! The reason that there is so much press coverage is WE KNOW!

It's just becoming a bit of circus as we, the general population, observe the inept way in which you confess to have a full grasp on the situation!
