What happens to ISA allowance when PEP becomes Stocks & Shares ISA?

I have had a Single Company PEP (windfall Aviva shares, worth maybe £1500) for a good few years which has become a Stocks & Shares ISA this year, but I started a cash ISA with Egg in April.
I also have a few windfall shares in Bradford & Bingley (not worth much today!) and 1300 Serco shares worth about £5,000, neither of which are in an ISA. Can I transfer those shares into the Stocks and Share ISA or has the creation of a new cash ISA scuppered my allowances for 2008/9?

Transfers and conversions do not count against your yearly allowance - they aren't contributions. (The £7,200 is a contribution limit, not a 'total money moved' limit.)What happens to ISA allowance when PEP becomes Stocks & Shares ISA?
As long as the total of Cash + Shares is £7,200 or less for the year (and the cash part is less than £3,600,) you'll be fine. e.g. if you put £500 in Egg's cash ISA, you can put £6,700 in an S&S ISA this year.or has the creation of a new cash ISA scuppered my allowances for 2008/9?Conjugating the verb 'to be":
-o I am humble -o You are attention seeking -o She is Nadine Dorries0
