    Hi December

Firstly, you can apologise to the OR when you do meet up and explain, I am sure when he/she meets you they will make their own judgement.

I don't think they had every right to patronise you in that manner - my husband told them two dates he couldn't do, and one he could do. His OR and everyone he has dealt with have been very sympathetic and very accommodating.

He comes across as a self pitying harassed 5 yr old though, to those who don't know him, and his OR and the people who have delt with him, seem to think that is genuine.

Anyways, you have accepted the BR but you don't need to feel bad about it, you will get through this and you will come out of it a stronger person, and in time to come, you wont make these mistakes again.

I wish my husband could show some bloody responsibility and/or some emotion for his BR, considering he has a very young family.

You have faced up to this and you will get through it. Just keep strong and remember, it isn't the end of the World - it's the end of DEBT and the misery that goes with it :D

Just let the whole thing wash over you December,

It's not worth getting wound up about.:D:D I had some snotty creep ring me from the O.R's office because we couldn't be bothered to turn up for our bankruptcy hearing (creditors petition) and he was seriously miffed because we were on holiday on the dates he wanted to make an appointment; as if we could just charter a jet to return for the day.:rolleyes:

    Regards

Thanks for all of the replies and I'm sorry you had a bad day too BLTN :( I do feel brighter today we're going away for a night in a hotel. (I'm not paying I hasten to add!) I'm going to fill in the request for leave forms on Monday and ask for Monday morning up until lunchtime off, which will give the OR a minimum of 2 hours to grill me or fry me, whichever he fancies ;o) It's bound to be nerve wracking but I'm guessing the fact that it's over the telephone instead of face to face shows is positive.

Thanks again and hoping everyone has a good day with a small (or large)opportunity for one of these later
