"These prices & FREE CONNECTION - WORTH £35 are for today only" - yeah right. They've had that offer running for at least 6 months. They must be rotating networks though, cos when I got mine it was with orange.
The only catch is you have to pay the full line rental and claim the money back from mobileshop every 6 months using vouchers.0 -
Not really any catch although you have to remember to claim your cashback else it won't be free!0

These companies can and have gone bust in the past leaving their customers in the lurch, so there is a risk. Mobileshop is one of the best sites, though, and it's been around for quite a long time.
It might also be worth mentioning that there is an insurance policy that comes with the phone that needs to be cancelled before the 3 free months they give you are up.0 -
My mum ordered this one - a good package - 200mins a month, 100 texts and free phone . The phones quite a nice one so long as you don't want gimmicks0

Have i got this right?
If you only use the "FREE 400 Any Time Cross Network MINUTES for 3 Months, 200 minutes thereafter" and the "FREE 200 Text Messages for 3 Months, 100 Texts thereafter." and don't go over them limits and you cancel the insurance and you get your cash back will you literally be getting all of this for free?
Free phone, 3000 mins and 1500 texts for free?
I never have been too good with contract phones :P
My brother is at uni, and its hard to contact him, often costs a lot as well, so could we both get one of these and then sell the mobile and use the sim card instead?
Thanks for your help, please answer as many of my questions as you can

Yes indeed the phone and minutes will be free provided
1 You cancel your inssurance
2 Dont exceed your free minutes
3 Claim the cashback on time
4 cancel the contract after 12 months
5 Last but not the least - IF THE COMPNAY DOESNT GO BUST
You can certainly sell the phone on E bay.. If you unlock it for £5 or 10 you can get a better price but even locked phone can be sold and use the sim in any unlocked phone
Cantract phones can be really good if tou are a bit careful about your incl min n texts and end of your contract
Hope it helpsI wanted to thankyou a million times but its a shame that I can press the button just once :T0 -

Thanks, that was a great help
Looks like i might go for that, and i can unlock it easy seeing as its a Nokia as there are plenty of online generators!0 -
Thanks for posting. I've moved the thread over to the Mobile Phone board. Always be careful about the terms and conditions of these types of offers though!0

Don't use the GPRS because it costs 400 times more than O2 charge.0
