I would charge £75.00 to fit an external door. That would include glazing it,hanging, locks, handles, letterplate and weather bar.About half a days work i reckon.0

And the rest! Always allow a day for front doors. There is a lot of hardware to go in - allow a day, I always do.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0

Internal doors £35 - can tell your not based in London! My friend was charged for internal doors and all the bits (but using the original frame) £400 per door in a 2 bedroom BLTGOOGLE it before you ask, you'll often save yourself a lot of time.

I'd be happy with £75.00 for a 2xgg.Confident i could do it in a morning.Maybe i'm cheap compared to others on here but i live in the wild and wooly north.I have a mate works in London.Charges £100 for an internal door. Not sure what he would charge for an external. Will ring and ask him tomorrow.0

I charge a full day £120 for an external door as basically it takes over half a day, can easily go wrong, letter boxes take time, and if it says takes 6 hours, the rest of the day is lost. If it is to be painted and there is little to actually be trimmed off it, I might do it for less, but certainly not if it's going to be varnished.

Not too bad if it's on the side of a garage like that. Even I might charge a little less if it's not the main door to the house or easily seen.

I charge £18.00 pound an hour and am very confident i could do a 2xgg in 4 hrs hence £75.00.Other types, heavy hardwood for instance, would charge more but the original question was concerning a 2xgg.Standard internal doors i could do for £35.00 depending on quantity and type of door.Did a load of very heavy oak veneered internal doors recently and would have lost money at £35.00 per door.0

yep i agree
all depend on the type of door etc
thanks for your help
