Tesco upgraded speed to 1Mb - but with limit

Tesco now have 1Mb for the same price as 512. Was thinking of changing suppliers, but went on Sat to get the MAC and saw the deal. Have been with them for a year - Broadband no problems, but the tech support is useless - they don't answer emails. However, get the points and no hassle of changing. They might even go to 2Mb soon! - NB there is a 3GB download limit with the new deal. Not a problem for some. Funny that they did not email customers to tell them of the new deal

I see no details of Tesco upgrading their service from 512, and I have been a customer for almost two years and they have not sent me any info about it.

Where did you see this and have you now signed up for it.

IAM with tesco and early in the year received an email saying 1mb in the summer, as it is now winter in scotland i email the support, had a reply, and they said some time end of sept but no dates confirmed.
when i log onto the web my comp still says connected at old limit, so no change yet
