Principality/B&B/Barclays ISAs

I have been working my way down Martin's ISA links looking for a new home for my existing ISAs. I'm wobbling a bit about the ICESAVE.
I telephoned both Principality and B&B to check their account conditions. Principality do NOT allow transfers in to any of their fixed rate products. These products are ONLY for this year's £3600 allowance. The only Principality transfer in is their variable product currently at a poor 4.85%.
B&B do NOT allow transfer in to their 1 year fixed ISA currently at 6.25%. It is ONLY for this year's £3600 allowance. The only B&B ISA that allows transfer in is their variable eISA (issue 3) currently at 5.65%.
Barclays took ages to open my Tax Haven ISA - over 4 weeks. That was probably because I am not an existing customer. Fortunately I only opened it with £100 as I was expecting delays. I hope that my £3500 top up will be processed more quickly (5 working days with no news so far). It is worthy of note that non Barclays customers can ONLY open AND top up the ISA by personal cheque.
