there is a Llilds supermarket and carpark at the entrance to the close - do you think that is off putting ? as a sort of cheaper end shop ?

Not cos its Lidl-I regard that shop as quite cool, but maybe if your road was very near the slip road Lidl traffic was coming down?

I suppose it is but I dont think there any newish houses there to compare ,there is a big ALDI there though ,perhaps that is among things that would put buyers off - I dont think it would put me off,so long as it wasnt next door - I would rather think it was handy having one within walking distance

And Bowthorpe's much further from the city centre, only walking distance if you fancy a really long walk - the OP's house is much more convenient in that regard.

If you had an open house, and two groups of people turned up,how would you handle the viewing.
How near to you is LIdl?
Is "Favoured location" an accurate description?
Would you be better with a larger Estate Agent?
Can you see your for sale sign from the main road?

Hi, just to comment on your photos.

They do look nice, but purely from the photos, I have the impression that parking is an issue on that estate. On the first photo, there is a car parked on the side of the house (partially on the pavement, so not a good look), along with one parked at the front of the house, nearly blocking your path to the front door.

In the front garden, it looks like there is another car parked there?

Newbuild townhouses have a reputation around here for having very limited parking, so if you can give the impression that it is no problem at your place, then I think that it can only help.

The details mention a driveway and garage, but there are no pictures of that - just cars parked all over the place.

Could you redo just those pictures without the cars there? And then take one of the garage and driveway to put on Rightmove?
