Stupid place to keep the lager cold!

Looks nice though "could sink one right now" ;)

Seen the weber kettle one in B&Q this morning when I went in to load up my van.
    Very well made it was.
    This one http://www.garden4less.co.uk/proddetail.asp?prod=6150
There seems only one level to cook on though?
    Is that a problem?
I am guessing the one pictured above is very flimsy when you see it in the flesh.

Which would you go for out of them two?
    First one is £40 argos.

Not fussed about the price though.

    Thx

The one in the photo is large!
Would be great for parties, but the 'webber' would keep the 'coals' more compact.

I like the idea of the warming rack

I would go with the one with the beer:beer:

It's too big - 5kg of charcoal every time you fire it up! For a party when you might like something that size I'd just buy a couple of big disposables.

Used one of them small disposables once and threw the others I bought as I couldnt get to grips with them.
    Just me I guess.

On searching the net it seems the one touch silver "Weber" as the thumbs up with all the reviews.
There seems to be lots of info on the web and there site & have been making these things for 50 years.
So I am swaying towards one of them.

Hubby wants to get a snazzy gas one for summer.

I said no, I LOVE disposables, NO CLEANING!!!!!!!

Don't say buy it & let him clean it, it won't happen.

My mum had one a few years ago, it was a nightmare to clean.

I suspose it depends on what one you get.

We bought this Trolley BBQ from Argos. We bought it one sunny afternoon with the intention of having a barbecue a few hours later. After being unable to construct it because screw holes didnt line up properly and screws were too short i shoved it all back in the box and we abandoned hopes of having a barbecue that day and took it back straight away. I know it was cheap but you at least expect to be able to put it together! The quality was quite dire and paint in the hearth of it looked like it would come off straight away. So i'd say avoid argos!

We got our money back and replaced it with an equivalent one from Asda (no link i'm afraid) that was on offer at the time. The quality was way better and it was far far easier to put together. It's not been used much mainly because its hassle getting it lit but the half dozen or so times it's been used we got on with it fine and no paint has come off it yet.

I would go for a smaller one really and just keep topping it up if you need to cook more - you will use it more if you can get it ou when there's only a few of you.

I would also definitely say get one with a warming rack above - INVALUABLE.
