    I think you had better starting learning to read other posts from your STR & Renting family to find out who really is sick, with them wanting to heap misery on new OO's.

    Mmm I must be daft, I've never thought about the 10% 3 years ago like that.

    I don't understand the figures though, would someone please explain in simple terms :D
