If you host your own photos rather than use ebay's hosting service, simply change them all for !!!!!! :-)

i've had a brilliant time in the past with people who've done this to me

I bet ebay won't do anything about it. They only seem to be interested in raking money in.

Go to Help, then 'contact us' :

select 'Report a listing policy violation....' in the first box

select 'Copying of your listing' in the second box

and whatever is approprrite in the third.

Listing should be pulled with 24 hours

I contacted him through ask a question and asked him to change his listing.

I only did this because I have another 4 of these items I was going to list and wanted to use the same text and photo's etc.

If I let it stay, people would assume both accounts are from the same seller and this blokes in liverpool.

Got a reply back...full of abuse. He's took out 1 photo and deleted 2 lines of the text. Everything else is still the same.
