Urgent Advice On 3 Mobile Bill Needed

3 mobile charged me huge amounts for international roaming in Jersey.
As I am on a monthly contract I was always cut off from extra spending e.g when I sent sending vids or made internatiaanl texts when I got to 100 pounds add on spend on my bills.
When I came back from Jersey I saw that they had let me spend over £400!!
Now they have cut my phone off but are still trying to charge me £27 monthly charge as well!
Is this legal?

When I asked why they allowed me an extra £300 credit wthout telling me they said they can!

PLease help I just dont kow what to do!

the difficulty with international calls is that they don't show up straight away so limits are only ever a guide and not spot on so they can stop it at one point but because the calls take longer to come through you have already spent more than usual
This is legal for them to do as it is not up to them to track how much you spend it is up to you
you could maybe call them and speak to credit control to see if they will let you pay the bill in installments
