Hi Lucy

Glad list night went well. :T

I really dislike staying in the office all day, even just to go outside for a quick walk along Oxford Street does me good. Very quiet at work today so a walk it shall be.

Good idea re setting aside an evening a week. I have now officially run out of things to sell on ebay. :rolleyes:

It's all part of my healthy new lifestyle.... currently tucking into a chicken pasta salad! Feeling really good and confident for some reason.

but that couple be the carb apple essence I have been using, 4 drops under the tongue is said to help with things you dislike about yourself and something seems to be happening!

Oh no!!!!! :eek:

Fortunately I am a horder so it will take me about 10 years to run out of stuff :rotfl:.

I threw most of my stuff away when i moved about 4 years ago, and so have kept it minimal as my flat is quite small... how annoying!

isn't that always the case!

I really want to redecorate and have a proper clear out, so will be ebaying like my life depends on it.

Plus the money for my trip will be handy.

That's really good to hear Is that one of the flower essences? I used to use the Rescue Remedy for music exams, it did work to some extent but could never decide if that was just the brandy in it :rotfl:

that's the one, I can't work it out either, but I'm feeling good and you never know!

There is a birthday in work today and I am tucking into a big bit of chocolate cake and I am stuffed, but it is not going to beat me!!

Mm yum!

The diary's very therapeutic and it's lovely to have people's support.. and I'm finding the list making really useful for remembering what I need to do, and for making me feel like I've achieved something.
