I am so tired. I just want to curl up under my desk and go to bed!!
My shoulder really hurts, but Dr thinks that is just my body having a stress reaction (have currently taken painkillers and anti inflamitories (?)) and it still hurts
So much so it is painful to use my mouse
Just feeling a little sorry for myself at the moment, although I have managed to get past lunchtime with out having chocolate :T bottle of fanta and a special K bar though :rolleyes:Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
Babes, sorry to hear you are feeling blue, but well done for nipping it in the bud and seeing your doctor early on.
When you can actually see the blackness in yourself and recognise it, then you have caught it in time and will be able to deal with it. It's when it envelopes you, and you cannot see what's wrong that you are in real trouble. So view the fact that you recognised it, and dealt with it as something very positive.
Highs and lows are natural and normal and everyone has them but once you have an understanding of your own (please excuse me for saying this if it sounds blunt, it's not meant to) mental illness, then it will always seem like it's come back when in fact it's just a prefectly normal emotional reaction to shiite going on in life, or PMT or whatever.....
so take control, as you are doing, don't let these feelings beat you... and stay focused on your goals without letting any minor blips be an excuse to jack it in or beat yourself up... you're a strong chick, and you will deal with this!
I'm here if you need me PM or FB, or whatever.
Maz

Thanks Maz
I know and I am pleased I have recognised it. And in all honesty I feel loads better for just doing something about it.
I just wish the physical side of it all wasn't so painful! But I am trying to be calm about it and get some action plans in place to deal with the bad days.
All the stuff with my best mate has got to me and effectivally has taken a support network away from me. Although given her behaviour that might not be a bad thing!
I promise not to jack it in, I need to get this dealt with and learn how to deal with it in the future, nothing beats me without a fightI just need to recharge my batteries at the moment to get ready for this one

Morning people!
Had a really good day yesterday, treated myself to a french nail polish! Which was nice an relaxing.
I have to meet up with the mate causing all the issues today as she wants to 'discuss what has been said' and 'give her response'. she is already defensive and I really can't be asked!!
So hopefully that wont be to bad. Mum is coming into town with me, she is worried I will be to upset to drive myself home
And I am actually listing stuff on ebay  So hopefully I will have a little bit more cash coming in soon.Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -

Listed 6 things on Ebay and have a HUGE pile of Mum's homemade cards I said I would list for her (there's about 20 so regretting it already!) So Lucy will soon be setting up and running Mother Ebay and Paypal accounts
As for 'mate'.... Mate no longer.
She turned up with a notebook and a list of stuff she wanted to 'discuss' :rotfl: which actually meant I wasn't allowed to say anything oh and....
Apparently my depression 'is just an excuse for me to be self centred'  I walked out of the pub at this point. I DO NOT need people like that in my life and I am better off without her.
Sad thing is a text a male friend of my (she is his ex) said that she was a right b***** (:o) and he said if you want to talk I'm here.... a man can do sensitive!!Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -

I agree - don't think you're the self-centred one! You don't need people like that around. Nice to hear about male mate being supportive - that's the sort of friend you wantDebt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -
