    Thanks I like it :D

Well I managed a 40 min walk last night, was a little over my calories, but that's ok, I will hopefully make them up today  As I will be out at my dance class tonight so will be earning more through exercise and as I will be busy I wont be able to eat! :j

Money wise not much is happening, but it is payday in 2 days which is always good to get some more debt busting done! Helping Mum out with a little extra rent this month so not as much as could have been done. I need to go shopping at the weekend and then I am going to avoid the shops like the plague! Everything is getting to expensive and I can think of better things I would like to spend my money on (like holidays and debt busting!!)

So I am making a little list of stuff I do actually need, then I will be finding that as cheaply as possible and not spending anything else. Mum's birthday is all sorted, money is saved and I know what I am getting her so will do that when I am on holiday in July.

That's the plan. Finding the whole healthy eating much easier, although was fed a cheese burger by a friend last night :o took me a little over what I am allowed, but I should make up for that today :D

    Have fun xx

You are very organised with your mum! What are you getting her?

Well done on the walking! I hope you enjoyed it!

Any particular goals for the savings or debt busting this pay month?

    None at the moment :rotfl:

Mum would like a little digital camera, so I am going to get her a basic one (she's not very techinal) and rechargable batteries for it.

I did enjoy my walk, although it rained a little towards the end, definately something I will try and do more of!

    Morning

After a bad day yesterday I have decided I can't keep messing around. I got on the scales this morning and nearly cried :o  So I am going to do something about it. And today is day one!

Slimming World worked for me, so I am going to follow that at home, while cutting back my portion size and doing more exercise. I will teach myself how to eat like a normal person!!

I have also decided that I think to negatively, which also has to stop. So everyday I am going to remind myself what I have in my life to think and feel postive about.

Todays positive thought - The sun is shining, I have washing on the line which will dry and I am loved by those truely important to me!

Ok I still need to find which rock I hide my will power under, I for some reason today I am feeling really motivated and I am just going to run with it. Tomorrow is payday, so I am really going to try hard with my savings and my debt and hit them really hard and actually start making a dent in them.

:T to me for finally getting a grip of myself and wishing that I stay strong enough to manage it.

    xx

    Thanks!

I feel better as I have 'me' behind me now, rather than always fighting against. (if that makes any sense!)

Just been playing with the snowball.... and my debt free date at the moment is may 2013 :(

Admittedly this is just with basic payments... But is also means that is cannot stay like this. So I have set up and extra payment of £25 off my CC today, and I have worked out that I can pay another £50 once I have been paid.

But along with the diet, I am going on a strict money diet. If I want anything I will write it down and then if I still want it, it can going on my christmas list .

Everything is getting so expensive now that I feel I need to take some drastic action and make a huge dent in my debt. So I will start ebaying everything that is not nailed down, even though I hate doing it

    Morning.

Another carp day today. Been to see my Dr and looks like my depression is rearing it's head again. Although slight breakthrough in the sense we now things it's seasonal (happened this time last year to ) and looks like I am one stage below manic :rotfl: High one minute really low the next .

So I am going to have to try and be really good with this.

I know I have been going to excess with everything, food and spending. So I am aware that this is going to be a danger zone. And I guess knowing this is taking me a stage further.

I have an appointment with the counseller on the 29th July, I couldn't get in sooner and my Dr is really good. I am going to try St John'd wart and I don't want to try anything else.

So I need to put in place and action plane to deal with this....
