They are very good. I have had cash back deals with The Link and e2save in the past and phones4u are 100% better than those companies.
The cashback form is simple to understand.
Try www.mobiles2yourdoor.co.uk as they may have better deals. They are on quidco and also owned by phones4u.0 -
It relates to misselling in p4u shops so is 100% irrelevant with regards to an online cashback deal.0 -
I haven't tried Phones4U, but had problems before with one through the Carphone Warehouse. They almost always came up with reasons why I wasn't entitled to my cashback, including two of my statements mysteriously going "missing" in the post! And one I sent back they said was the wrong statement, I was supposed to have sent the previous statement, etc. So ended up having to pay for almost all of it myself. Only got 1 of the 4 payments I was supposed to get.0

Which is why no-one should do any cashback deal unless they really know what they are about! Wouldn't catch me letting them get away with that and usually they don't try!0

I am half way through a 12 month free deal at the minute, so far they have been good & paid ontime. I did one 2 years ago & they paid up 100% too.
So I would reccomend them.
