I have been with vodafone for a couple of years and renewed my contract with them a few months ago

When i spoke to the guy he said i would get the internet for free for being a loyal customer i dont normally check my bill (i know mistake) but they have been charging me for it £7.50 a month

I spoke to cs and they refunded me £7.50 but what about the rest?

I feel like i have been done over here by them, should i send an email into them?

I would. They offered you free mobile internet as a retention deal, but then just applied a bolt on. Could be a genuine error but I would raise it with them. They should refund yu for all the months you have been charged for it.

I have just been offered free int on a retention deal only to find that it is free for just first mth! next 18 mths at £5pm. Consequently I have cancelled it.
